ok man,revised the plan a little bit more, now does it look better.here it is.
Next cycle:
1) HGH - 5iu/ 5 on,2 off/ weeks 1-34 or longer if some left over
2) T3- 25-50mcg ( note- watch temp, run with clen)
3) Clen- 80-100mcg/ broken down 3x day, 2 weeks on/off/ weeks 16-26
4) Test enth- 500mg/ wk/ weeks 5-15 and 25-35
5) Anavar- 40mg/ wk/ weeks 4-10 and 26-32
6) Deca- 300mg/ wk/ weeks 4-12 and 26-32
7) Clomid- 1=300mg, dz 2-11=150mgs, dz 12-21=100/ weeks 16-19 and 36-39
Arimidex/nolvadex to help with water retention and gyno if any.
Stats are as of right now
26 years old- 5’5” 152lbs at 10%bf - 5 cycles under my belt
goals are mid 170’s-180’sat 5-6% bf with a significant increased strength. Also looking for long lasting gains. Don’t want to be to huge, 170’s 180’s is big enough, lol. I think these are reasonable goals. the two short cycle are not to long, but i have a tendency to make gains fast.
