yes, post workout can be benefitial for mass gains. and recoverd energy after workouts. insulin works! what kind of insulin are you using? humalog is best.
post workout only.
to be taken with dextrose, simple carbs and high proteins.
results will come steadily
Considering I have never used Insulin before, I am looking at using it alone for the first time. I was told if your using Insulin alone then AM shots on OFF training days, along with P/W shots on training days is a good way to go about it. Otherwise P/W shots on training days is also meant to be beneficial. I'll let you know how I go
