I have heard nothing other then to shoot GH where you want to lose weight in those certain areas, now i here that is a myth, can i get some clarification on this and what is the expectations for GH when it comes to fat loss?

It's not a myth, but it surely isn't universal either. Some see it pretty drastically...some don't see it at all.
