hair under skin

hello
in the past i read a thread about the ingrown hairs, and someone told how to prepare something based on aspirin to take out hairs which grows under the skin.
i would like to get some help about that, i wanna know what i must be mixing to obtain something to prevent the ingrown hairs.
i know its better to but any product in the pharmacy, but the thing is that im in a counru where not every products are availabe
