    sauna and acne

    does anyone use a sauna to combat acne?

    it loosens up blackheads/whiteheads etc. its kind of like a steamer before facials. if done too often might make your skin worse man jmo

    It works for me. Steam rooms do the same thing for me too. They open up your pores and you sweat out all the nasty stuff.
