is trusting websites selling accutane w/o perscription, similar to buying gear on the net? possible scam?

I would say yes it might be a scam because you have to have a blood test done to check your liver before you can get accutane from a Dr. and get more blood test done over the 5 months your on it. The pharmancy told me its very highly regulated.
