    Unhappy Stretch Marks

I've started to get real bad stretch marks on the top of bicep and where it mets my delt and on my delts

i know it's because of rapid growth but i have never taken AS so i am thinking that i am lacking something in my diet?

    any suggestion?

Vitamin E bro I know this is strange but there are some really good creams that have been designed for pregnant women and can greatly reduce stretch marks and help to prevent them from occurring. It also depends on the elasticity of your skin.Never had them myself so I,m a bit jealous b,c I,ve never grown that much or I have skin like an elastic band!

Billy boy, yeah the are good because you see that you are growing but then we you look carefully you can see the purple and redness of them, not very pretty! i think they are going to start on my triceps soon, i can see red lines coming through. Lets hope that their not

I know how you feel bro, How old are you? if you don't mind me asking

I have real nice Stretch marks, battle scars! I apply Vit Cream and Zinc supplementation, be careful on flies, don't over-stretch.

But if your prone to them like I was you can't do too much. Mine have settled down now and though my cource didn't help they have faded. A good tan helps!

Big Al, i'm 21 and i think it's because i have started to train harder than i have ever trained and have been eating right, so i guess it's from the rapid growth, at least something good has come out of it
