i saw that several people had looked at the thread....if you're interested in self-rehab instructions for rotator cuff injuries, pm me and i'll send you the website info.
very useful info for all. take her up on her offer. also on a side note for you big benchers, rotator cuff work can and will help your press. good movements to add in as auxillary work using dumbells or rubber bands. keep the rep high and the weight and band tension low.
