Stay well hydrated, I actually grab a gallon of water and pour in EMERGEN-C packets, two of them, (1,200mgs of Vit C) and will drink that all day, Ive heard stay away from the gym because workout can supress your immune, but the problem I have is eating when i dont have the appetite... maybe someone can help you out, my only advice is force feeding...

rest and hydrate, that s all you can, eat carbs and protein, don't starve, force yourself to eat, but don't make yourself sick, repeat the workout from the week before when you get back to the gym. don't increse training percentages or weights that wk.

I heard that working out lightly stimulates the immune system.....

yes but don't cut them out completely, it isn't a good idea to put yourself on an atkind like diet when sick, heat lowglycemic carbs, stay away from high glycemic carbs such as startches or anything with white flour. whole wheat is a much wiser choice
