Now that I am recovered from my partially tore right pec, my endurance and strength is horrible. It has been over a month now and I can't push 245 for more than 5. 3 weeks ago I did 295x3 then I dropped back down. After my first set, my endurance is just shot. The other day, on decline I was doing 135 and I couldnt push it up for a 3rd rep. 135! It seems like after a few sets of any chest exercise, I am done for the day. MY workout today was like this
