the main things I have read or have been given by my old trainer were that I should start every workout with a warm up with no weight in various positions, next begin doing the usual excersises ie. leg press, leg extensions, ham curls, .... with like you said little weight and high reps, I have the most problems squatting so my trainer said to hold on to something and lower myself to full contraction and gradually use less and less arm power until I get to squatting normally, and of course ice after workout, shower, then more ice. How long does this usually take when done correctly? Ant critique of workout?
