    Beta Carotene

    I once read that you can take Beta-Carotene when u tan and it will keep your tan longer? I cant find the thread so i decided to ask.

    I don't think it helps you keep your tan longer...but that it helps you tan more in the first place. Not sure how well it works, but Gunter swears by it.
