    Beggining to get pain in elbow..

    I just started a cycle a week ago, (test e, deca, dbol) and I am starting to get a pain in my elbow during extension exercises. I struggle doing skulls, and now i am afraid i wont get the potential out of the juice because my elbow is not 100 percent. Should I use some type of wrap for my elbow? And also do yo think the deca should help? Thanks.

    stop doing the skull crunchers!!!! bad exercise for powerlifters! inzer does make elbow sleeves, they cost 50 bucks. i just ordered a pair to use in contests to help the top part of my press, i would rcomend doing push downs for a while should help or lighten up the skullcruncer weight and do more reps and or sets, the deca will help with joint pain, give it 3-4 wks for it to kick in

    Okay thank you very much. Yea I guess I will stick with some other movements and some lighter reps. Can you tell me where you ordered your sleeves from? Thanks a lot.
