    bad elbow joints

help my elbow joints are killing me

last cycle i was happily curling 115lbs no probs this cycle (Deca/sust/dbol) i cant even manage 75lbs without my elbows screaming at me to stop

i dont normally get elbow joint pain (except once when i was on winny) and was definitely not expecting it with 400mg deca EW

i am also on 15g Vit C and 3000mg Glucosomine

any suggestions to help me get rid of this pain

    up the deca dose perhaps?

the deca increase should help. als while you are hurt, you may consider getting some elbow sleeves for support

thanks Doc - i have heard good things about your knowledge

i may try bumping it to 500mg

thing is though - i have heard people getting amazing joint relief from just 100mg - 200mg

so i wander why its so different with me

shoddy gear perhaps (although my source assures me of its quality )

Deca usually helps with such things.. Are you on anything to remove water from your body? If your still experiencing pain, they must be severely inflammed. I would hit up physio NOW! And the sleeve is a great idea for support/ warmth which increases blood flow!

everyones body is different, what works great for me, may not work the same for you, also there are alot of variables in the equation, ie repetitive trauma, genetics, etc etc. so expect variation from person to person

..Sleeves like Doc said will help alot..and ditch the skullcrushers if you do them.....They absolutely ruined my elbows...at 1 time it was so bad that I couldn't pick up a glass of water...

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
