    hamstring stiffness

    thi is my first week doing this routine

    i worked out my legs on friday. ALso on friday evening i had to go to work which requires a lot of running around (i work as a busser in a club). On saturday i felt a bit of soreness and towards closing time at the club my hamstrings started to hurt as i walked. After a good sleep (about 8 hours) my hamstrings are completely inflexible. Normally i can touch my toes, now my hands cant go past my knees. Also after sitting down (as i am now) i have to make my leg straight otherwise my lef is bent at the knee and i unable to walk.

    Is this serious? Will it be ok? Should i change my routine?

    new routine can cause pain to regions that are overlooked in the previous program,

    also the program you are doing looks brutal, you are over training IMO anything with 8 sets of 8 with only 15 sec. treat your squat day liike your deadlift day and you should be feeling alot better. no more than 3 sets of 8 reps
