thi is my first week doing this routine

i worked out my legs on friday. ALso on friday evening i had to go to work which requires a lot of running around (i work as a busser in a club). On saturday i felt a bit of soreness and towards closing time at the club my hamstrings started to hurt as i walked. After a good sleep (about 8 hours) my hamstrings are completely inflexible. Normally i can touch my toes, now my hands cant go past my knees. Also after sitting down (as i am now) i have to make my leg straight otherwise my lef is bent at the knee and i unable to walk.
Is this serious? Will it be ok? Should i change my routine?
