Wink Back pain status ( went back to the massage therapy)

Guy i went to see i add not seen in 3 months, he was amazed at how much my posture add changed, he even said he was able to massage deeper in my back then before due to the primary muscles in the back being less tight.

My hamstrings are still weak he said and far from being the same size has my quads, so he said to work on theses.

My gym membership is over, he gave me some exercices to work the hamstrings on my own.

Said to stop doing the leg raise if they hurt and do regular abs work, also said i can use my electronic muscle stimulator on the abs since i can regulate tension and all that damn machine cost me 900$.

He wants to see me in a month and said not to worry that it takes time for back pain to go away.

Is treatement was awsome. My neck and head are also a problem, and he said i have to work hard on this.

Said that by summer time i move into my house i should be all set up to buy my home gym and train again, i sure hope to god that he is right.

I ordered 3 cans of SAN VAULT creatine and hope to get the best out of this for summer.
