    Clicking shoulder

The last couple of weeks, I've been getting a clicking in my shoulder. There's no pain, but just wondering if this is the start of something?

    Any opinions?

could be the bicep tendon, but i cant be sure without the ortho tests. smart thing to do would be to do some light work on your roator cuff movement(i like to call this pre-hab care) i wouldnt get to worried about this, i click pop all over my body and i am still ok to lift,

bro listen to the doc, my shoulders started clicking now ive been out of the game for about 10 months coz of an inflammation of the bicep tendon and it hurts 24/7 and the worst part is the depression.
Do the pre-hab care doc is talking about and take some time off lifting and go to an orthopedist. good luck

a deep massage before lifitng will help to ease the pain also do alot of PT exercises for the rotator cuff it will help my ortho told me that the clicking noise is ok if there is no pain and the reason it does click is because of an inflammed tendon that is sliding over the bone and then popping as its done, not sure as to how true that is but its what he told me make sure you do some "pre-hab" exercises and ice and take care of it or it could turn into a problem, also make sure you warm up real good before working out!

also you might want to check this thread out from another forum its an interesting exercise and will reduce the chances of impingements and definatly decrease the pain you might experience during lifting im currently doing it and its helped alot so far.
