    Knees hurt when squatting..

This just started recently and its pretty bad. Anyone know any kind of supplement that can help out with this or something?

I would examine your exercise technique first. Are you making sure to sit back so you activate your hip extensors (glutes and hamstrings) more? This will take stress off of the knee extensors (quadriceps) and might help with knee discomfort. Many experience this discomfort from "sitting directly down".

Do you have a past history of knee problems?
