    Squatting

    I started squatting again today after time off due to sprained ankle. I did my warm up and then starting doing my working sets at about 200 and a pain in my left knee came about and it doesnt hurt unless i go down to squat. what should i do? i was doing box squats and feel my form is solid

    hold off for another wk or 2, let yourself fully heal, do exercise that do not make the knee hurt, lighten up the load for now. when you do try to squat again wrap the knees lightly.
