hi,
a few months ago whild i was doing a bench press i kinda did it wrong and i had this terrible pain in my shoulder, i thought it was serious therefor i left the workout right away i spent the next 2 weeks with small workouts mainly legs to not use my shoulder and let it rest.
after amonth or so i didnt felt any pain then i started doing the same workouts as before and as i where doing the bench press again the pain returned...
and it was returning regulary in the bench press.
why is that and how do i figure it out?
