    Help with covering up gyno

Hi guys, I had a question about gyno. I lucked out and got it naturally. My dad has it quit bad, not really like feminine looking but a lot of extra chest fat and sagging. Mine isn't horrible horrible as of yet, but I do have some excess chest fat,.....closer to axillary area, and puffy nipples, that are extremely sensitve. Here is my issue. Right now I can't afford the surgery, I'm in school again,.....will be done in May of 07.

However, I just got a summer job as a personal trainer, actually almost my dream job,.....previous degree was in exc. science. The problem is the shirts that we have to wear only go to xl, not xxl, and one of the embarrasing things about my gyno, is the puffy nipples, which aren't horrible.......but vary rarely are they puffy,......usually the are errect, they are extremely sensitive, and b/c my chest is muscular to begin with, with a little bit of extra fat on it, and then the tight shirt.........I feel like a woman,........always have the high beams on, it makes me very self consious, especially now with this job, it looks normal when I have my shirt off, but on it looks very femanine.

I have tried tape and band aides, but my skin is very sensitive and it messes it up quite well. I also wear under armour underneath mostly just do to sweating, however it is still evident............it is VERY embarrasing to me, any suggestions?

tuck your wife beater or an "a" shirt into boxer briefs so the beater is really tight....it will help flatten your chest out in clothes

    Thanks for the replies guys.

I found some stuff online after searching for quite a while. You can't even tell I have fat on my chest unless I'm sitting down and bending over, being that it's more axillary, and not really that noticeble to most people, (except for me, or someone who is really into bodybuilding)...... however those damn sensitive nipples are plain embarrasing. I can not wait until next summer when I can finally have some money to get the surgery.

those under armour shirts are ok ...but get some sprawl shirts. They are what grapplers wear. It is like underarmour but it is more restricting and breathes the same way. I don't have gyno but i used to be obese and the chest fat didn't all go away. It helps with it.

Wear a tight muscle shirt underneath. Although I'm sure you are worring too much about it.

They make compression shirts designed explicitly for concealing gyno and for healing post surgery. Some of them are thin and very tight and can be concealled under your clothes.

Do a google search for "compression shirts" and you will find what I am talking about...

If the fat is concentrated around the axilla area you most likely have isolated fat deposits and not hard glanular tissue. Glanular tissue does not extend into the axillary area. The good news is that most of your problem (if not all) can be resolved with liposuction alone.

I had similar fat deposits a year ago and I did a regiment of extreme dieting, guerilla cardio, ECA stacks, arimidex, B-6, and Yohimburn and I was greatly able to reduce this problem. My problem was that a couple of years ago I stopped working out and just drank all the time and ate garbage for around 3 years. Two years ago I decided to get back into shape hardcore. I was able to lose all my abdominal fat and had no problems getting a 6-pack again, but the fat in the chest area and axilla was very difficult and took much longer to lose.

I think that the diet and doing guerilla cardio (circuit sprints) every morning before breakfast are the main things that allowed me to lose this fat. The other supplements helped, but I give most of the credit to the diet and exercise.

You really have to kick your ass for several months to get that goddamn stubborn fat to go away, but it does go away in time. It's like a war between you and the fatty tissue. You think it's not working after doing this for several weeks and then all of a sudden it starts to spontaneously resolve.

this gurilla cardio is not a good idea imo...you dont want him losing muscle...light cardio at 65-70% heart rate for 40-60 minutes and that is all imo, to help him if he just has fatty deposits because i had those at one point

Guerilla cardio is a program of short sprints designed to keep muscle.

You do a 4 minute warm up.
Then you sprint hard for 20 seconds and take a 10 second break and then repeat this process 8 times.
You do a 4 minute cool down.
The entire program takes 12 minutes a day.

It works better than doing light cardio for 40-60 minutes and takes much less time.

Bill Philips has a similar 20 minute work out program with his Body for Life program. The guerilla cardio program is more intensive.

See the following pdf for info on the guerilla cardio program:
    http://www.cs.unm.edu/~wneumann/file...lla_cardio.pdf

It shows all the scientific backing on how this program is effective for burning stubborn fat while not losing muscle. Bill Philips based his cardio program off of this research except he made it easier so the average person would have less difficulty sticking with the program.

It's designed to burn abdominal and stubborn fat while keeping muscle. In my opinion no other program has been anywhere close to this effective.

Thanks for the replies guys. I never even thought of sprawl shirts or the compression shirts..........just curious though, would the compression shirts allow enough movement and breathabilty? I found that the under armour wasn't working quite as well as I wanted, and actually make me break out a little bit b/c of wearing it all day.....trapped the sweat in against my skin.

I don't have a digital camera, but my friend does, and I'll probably be seeing him this weekend so I'll try to get a pic up for reference. Basically most of the fat starts on the lower pecs, just medial to the nipple, then increases from the nipple laterally. The majority of the fat is around the nipple and extending to the axiallary/seratus anterior region.

I can not wait to be finished with school next May, I'll finally be able to get a steady pay check and get this surgically taken care of. Check this site out, this is the guy that I'm hoping to get my gyno done with, he does pec etching as well,......which I think I'll have done along with the gyno surgery.
It's the pic of the guy with the hairy chest:

I have tried different "products" as well as lipo 6, yohimburn, ECA stacks, etc. Even though it's expensive, ($100 bucks), I heard there's some good safe stuff out there, now in stage 3, that I was going to give my rat.

Thanks for the cardio tips guys, I'll definatly give the guerilla a try first. The longer cardio sessions have always seemed to be a little rough on my joints, but if the guerilla doesn't work for whatever reason, I'll try to modify the longer seasons. I think the guerilla has some potential for me. Way back in high school for wrestling practice, we did short sprints, (10 yards down and back), on the mats, in groups of 4 wrestlers. We did this for 1 -1.5 hours, depending on the day. It did take about a good 7 weeks, but all of the sudden my chest fat was gone, (can't remember about the puffyness around my nipples though), however, b/c I didn't get to hit the weights due to long practices, I did loose a lot of muscle, and I was haivng some joint problems.

Also, anyone ever hear of anyone having gyno issues from the supplement Sdrol from Desinger. I was trying to spare as much muscle as possible b/c with the cardio, it's very diffiuclt for me to loose the fat without the muscle and strength going as well, (unless I haven't found the right diet for it yet)......and I've never heard of any gyno sides from this product.

Found this supplement for gyno messing around on the net the other day. Doubt that it works or else you'd probably hear a lot more about it. However, I just thought that I'd throw it out there and see if anyone every heard anything about it: www.gynecomastia-cure.info/index.html

Looks like a scam to me!!!

    - They don't tell you what's in these pills.
    - There is no miracle fat loss pill... ECA stacks, clen, etc... is the closest you are going to get to one.
    - I cannot imagine a pill being able to remove hard glanular tissue in the manner that they claim... Letro or a-dex is the closest you'll get to something that will reduce the size of glanular masses.

    - If this did work it would be more widely known.
    - If this could cause rapid weightloss and glanular reduction in the same manner as a fat burner (like ECA) or an AI (like Letro) it would probably be a controlled pharmaceutical type of pill rather than some all natural herbal pill.
    - If this worked as well as they claim, there would be the potential for some side effects in some users, but they claim that there are zero sides in 100% of the people who have taken this, which is usually totally an unfounded claim.

Stay away from this. Don't waste your money. It's a total joke.

    Thanks for the reply cmax.

With stuff like this once and a while I need to be kept in check b/c every now and again I get so sick of my gyno issue that I'll look at scams and sort of get a little bit intruiged b/c of desperation.

Starting the cardio tom. along with some other supps........had to delay it longer than what I wanted b/c of nagging peronal tendon injury to my right foot, hopefully i'll get at least some of my issues adressed.

Nexcare Spray Bandage: Apply to area about one inch diameter around nip area. This will keep them erect all day. I think this only works for puffy nips though. Hope this helps bro.

You could put comfort fabric band-aids over top of your nipples. I do that to hide my piercings sometimes.
