    Advice after breakage

Well I broke my hand a week ago (boxers break), and Im really not wanting to stay innactive for 6 weeks, Is there anything I can do to help speed up the healing process even in the slightest?

I have injectible b-12 I havent started yet, should I bother? Any benefit?

Bummer. I had that happen in high school. How frustrating it was to learn to write and wank with my left hand. Anyway, I broke two bones so badly they had to put pins in it and it took about 3.5 months to heal and that was over the summer which meant no swimming or sports. Than that fall, I broke my left knuckle (pointer finger) in another scrap. After that I just grappled in fights which served me well because I wrestled in HS. I haven't fought in years but I got tempted recently. What stops me is the fear of broken bones and this weakly held principle that Buddha wouldn't do it. Yet, I'd really like to squeeze this one dude's head. Childish but damn I get so mad!
