Got me an EZ-up inversion from Hangups SL Spyder. My vertabrae pops around the Lumbar. Hope it's that L4L5 disk getting fluid back in it. I bought Joint Juice at Sams and some Glucosimine HCI and some MSM and am gobbleing it down twice a day. Horse pills. Hope this stuff works. I miss squating heavy and dead lifting heavy. I miss clean and press, and heavy shrugs and push presses. I miss heavy weight period. I hate working out 5 sets of 12 for upper and sets of 20 for lower.![]()
