    Backne. Any remedies? Gettin scars.

Im gettin scars it seems, from fairly bad back acne on cycle. What can I do to help hide/heal these? Also a lot of hair growth too on my back. Could be worse I guess......

I dotn have a lot of money to throw around right now so keep that in mind when suggesting anything.

    thank you for your time.

    Hey bro

I was having really bad bacnefor a while, big white heads and black heads, really ****ing attractive..

I picked up a black head scrub that I use in the shower. It has little beads for exfoliating. Then after I dry off I rub some 5% benzoyl peroxide on my shoulders, back and for me my chest as well.

It has worked very very well. Make sure you wear a WHITE shirt though, BP is a bleach like substance and will ruin your coloured clothing. At the begining do the routine twice a day. I have reduced it to just at night now, this way I can wear other colours, and just wear a white shirt to bed.

I recommend Clean & Clear as a brand.

Doxycyclin if it's bad. I've been using it for two weeks and it's dried my bacne up. Not 100% gone yet, but it's obviously working.

And it works too, my wife is a Beauty Therapist and she swears by it. The reason I bought it is because my eldest son has some stretch marks and it is great for those as well
