I pulled my wrist about 3 weeks ago, I had the 110 dumbells in each hand to put them away an some guy didn't move out the way so I twisted my wrist then I felt this real hard pull on my wrist. Now I went to the doc and I went to get an X ray, It's not broken or dislocated but I rested about 2 weeks. I started lite and now I am lifting hard, however I can't do curls at all. How long does take to go away and what can I do to treat this?
