    Question Crown lengthening

    I'm getting this done today with a slight variation - because my gums are pretty thick and i have to be put under.

    Has anyone else ever had this done?

    How much pain should be expected?


    I have had rooot canals and have had my wisdom teeth removed in the past...

    Right now i have a cap on the tooth in question...

    I was eating some candy and the candy took some my tooth.. and didnt return it back to me..

    The tooth unfortunately had had a root canal in the past and couldnt be saved and nowr equires further work - There isin't enough of the tooth showing for the work to be done..

    I guess this is the easy answer..

    i have two crowns, both need to be enlarged.. sounds like they will need to remove the current crown, go further down into the gum line to the tooth bed, and do work there.. that's the only reason to put you out..

    oral surgery.. at it's finest.. good luck

    I feel like got hit by a truck..

    It's funny i actually thought i would be able to go to the gym today..I had today booked off work and though.. great i could get a wicked work out in because it's empty during the day..

    But i can't work out apprently for a week...

    The nurse told me that right away.. she said when she saw me come in she could tell that would be a problem

    They were concerned i would cause the stiches to come out or my heart rate to go up.. something like that..

    on a side note i had an allergic reaction to whatever they gave me so it's been a fun few days
