I eat good,multi vit,aminos,fish oils,bananas. The other morning i woke up with a slight calf cramp, Then later on that day not one but both calf muscels

strange bro, how long do the cramps last far and do they go away with stretches?
Believe it or not, you probably needa stretch and do more calf exercises. But if you experience crampin', then obviously stop and stretch, but don't continue the exercise.
I use to get those all the time and they hurt like hell. I started doing more calf exercises for a while but not to much weight because if i did to much i would start to feel it again. I guess it helped because it finally went away.
and of course make sure you are well hydrated
