    Shoulder

    2 Weeks ago I threw a wild left hook/swing in my last mma fight.

    Woke up the next morning, shoulder was sore could hardly move or rotate my shoulder. Now its just a little sore, Its more in the front deltoid I think. I can rotate my shoulder but its sore (feels like its strained) when I try to raise my hand.

    Its been 2 weeks now since I did any weight lifting or Thai boxing, Bjj

    I don't think its a big deal, but anyone know what it might be and how long it will take to heal? I hope not another week

    Best think you can do is get a massage from a RMT.They fixed my delt problem up.Best of luck!

    Its been 2 months now, and it is still injuryed. No pain or anything besides when I try to do cable pulldowns or dumbell pressess...

    Im going to keep ice on it after working out now, skip wrestling and Jiujitsu for 2 weeks and see how it feels after that...

    This starting to really s@ck cause I was planing on fighting in 7 weeks
