Creatine when first coming back from surgery?

I posted this on the supps board but didn't know if it would be more appropriate here.

In 3 weeks I can go back to lifting after taking 4 months off due to surgery and physical therapy for a torn pec. My question is, would it be wise to take a creatine or NO product when I first go back to help me get some blood flow and some pump back in me right away?

I hope I'm able to lift in 3 weeks. It's been 9 weeks post surgery and my bicep/brachialis area still hurts (that's where he drilled holes in the humurus bone to reattach the pec tendon). This hurts but my doc said it's just post surgery pain. I don't know if I believe him.

Tommy gunn i am getting back in the gym right now, have been going for the last 2 weeks now.

I am still being close watched by my osteopath, been out of the gym for about 1 year and a half now, it sucks.

I decided to start using my Vault creatine by V12 and can only say that i am getting back my size, but the weights are way down on what they used to be and i am never gonna do weighted squats or deadlifts again.

I have been taking Vault for a week now twice a day, my body has changed a bit, bigger shoulders bigger back chest and arms but my strenght is still the same.

All in all if you got some money to spare hell why not try creatine and see what it does for you, go with CCE and can the monohydrate, its crap, i add so much water retention and fat gains while on mono but CCE really is amazing great pumps and body transformation, i will be able to get you more feed back in about 2 weeks cause next week i am going on vacation but when i come back.

    Good luck

BTw i am not 100% i still have some damn pain coming back, the lower back seems to be fine but the upper is still giving me problems, trained back today and add pains for the rest of the day, pain i can live with but damn tired of it.

I know you are fired up to get back in the gym but beleive me take your time and follow whatever your doc said, cause you can get reinjured and beleive me thats not fun.

Last year i was seeing this massage therapist that was quit good i was feeling great so just before vacation time i went back to the gym and iover did it, 90pounds db incline press, dumb ass pushed 7 plates each side on leg press, even 75 pounds db press that was after one month of going back and using monohydrate creatine, i screwed up my vacation cause we where leaving that night and it was a 5 hour drive, next day my pelvic just went into spams, and my legs where so tight i add all the pain in the lower back, no matter how much i streched the pain was unbarable, i also add huge pain in the upper back and to top it all off it was just so damn hot outside.

This year i know that my osteopath has adjusted many things in my spin, and she is working on internal organs and carnium has well, she does viceral and carnial osteopathy, weird stuff but seems to work.

I am taking my time and at least this year i will have a great vacation and not suffer all along.
