Proper dosage to repair torn muscle?

A buddy of mine tore the muscle that runs under his shoulder blade at work about 10 months ago. He has been unable to work & on workers comp ever since. His doctors told him it will take three years to heal...if it does heal. He can't do hardly anything with his left arm. Both doctors have told him steroids will help him, but they will not give him any because they are worried about side effects. He can't survive for the next few years without work & has come to me for help. He has done a couple of small cycles a few years ago so he is familiar with what he is getting into.

My question is if he were to self medicate what would he take & what dosage should he use? Would he just take test & if so would long lasting (enan) or fast acting (prop) be better for him?

    Any info would be appreciated.

those dosctors are idiots. Have him get in to another doc. do the surgery, therapy, and run a cycle of deca or equipoise with a low(100mg) test E or C. Deca or eq could be 200mg. Do it for 10-12 weeks. good luck. HCG may be necessary if you use deca. thats what i am planning for my labrum

I really think your friend should log on. He's got to understand the entire
program from deit, to blood work and all the problems that pop up real
fast. If he don't care, neither do I.

Are you refering to the diet & blood work issues that are there from just doing a small cycle...then yes he is aware of them. He used to train pretty heavily & has done a few cycles in the past. He is currently not working out at all (obviously) and has just had his blood work ran to see if he's okay to "self-medicate". As I said before he is now on a very limited budget so internet access is not a feasable option for him. I said I would do a little reasearch to help him out.

My elbows took 1.5 years to heal!! If the muscle is torn, chances of it healing at all are slim, he needs a proper diagnosis, and too see a surgeon. If it is effecting work then he needs to have it taken care of!! I will say it again, TEST does not help heal anything!!! There are certain compounds that will help collagen(tendons, ligaments) replenish faster though.
Tell him to seek a proper doctor and some physio to start!

Of course GH would definitley be one of those compounds.

Any others you would reccomend for tendon/ligament issues and collagen regeneration/healing??
