Which body fat calipers out there are the best? I have a body fat scale but it does not seem to be accurate or consistent.

The best way to measure bodyfat would be with a hydrostatic set up if you can find one and it isn't rediculously expensive to use.
As far as which calipers, they're all pretty much the same idea. The pair that I use were just a cheap set that I got from a musclemag store for about 20-30 bucks and it works fine.l

yeah i got a cheap pair off the internet for 10 bucks they are pretty accurate within a percent or 2

that site is pretty cool, they said that 15% for men is average, is that correct>? I dont agree that it should be average.

It shouldn't be average but I think it probably is for the vast majority of Americans who don't exercise on a regular basis (if at all).
