Last night doing bleacher sprints I tore my calf muscle. It felt like someone shot me with a bullet going right through it. I have not gotten it diagnosed yet but I am probably gonna go get an MRI done on it asap. What is the typical recovery time frame until I can start running and jumproping on it and do you have any advice for rehabbing, exercises, ice stretch? I wanted to fight an amateur bout in September - is this possible?

Also I recently dislocated mt left patella, did rehab but it still seems weak, any suggestions?
