Almost two years ago i was into lifting pretty heavy legs and i had the leg press machine set up with a good amount of weight, and on my final rep i really pushed to get it and may have over arched my back a bit and when completing the set my lower back went into a complete spasm. I got an x-ray, and then a MRI and the results came back negative, so luckily there weren't any disk problems. Several doctors have told me I irritated the L4-L5 Faccet joints and this has caused me great discomfort ever since and has only improved a little since injuring my lower back. I havn't squated since, because I am afraid, and because it hurts when i load a lot of weight on my shoulders.
If anyone has experieced this, do they know of any exercises that could eventually help heal my back.
I could really use some advice.
