    back pain

    i fell off a roof and land on my left shoulder which broke some ribs and tore my teres major muscle.its been about 15 months and im still in pain.i got x-rays done three different times and 1 mri.the doctors told me everthings heal.they sent me to a physical therapy,however my insurance wont cover the treatment.so i thinking about doing the therapy myself.my qustion,how many sets,reps and how much time should i rest and etc... any tips would be helpful.

    keep thework light at first, reps about 10 to 15 ,sets 3 to 5 2-3 days a wk
