    Inversion Traction Tables

    Hey everyone,
I have been dealing with facet pain and low back pain for quite some time now and have been thinking about picking up one of those inversion tables and using that a few times a day. My low back pain isn't terrible, just annoying and is caused by a bulging, but not herniated, disc as seen on my MRI done a week ago.

This is the kind of thing I'm thinking about. http://www.sitincomfort.com/inprod.html

What do you guys think about these things? Yay, nay? Any experience?

    Thanks a lot.

i myself never used one, but for a bulge or a herniation, traction will lessen the pain by removing impingemnt or lessening the impingement of the nerve root. i would see if you can find an iversion table to test it out b4 you buy it to make sure it works for u

Thanks a lot doc, I have had PT before and traction did help my back quite a bit, so I figure doing it a couple of times a day every day instead of a couple times a week would be helpful. Thanks again.
