    Wink Strenght is coming back

Last night i felt very energized so i decided to go to the gym.

    Workout Shoulder and Biceps.

Started with smith machine behind neck press.

That went very well, i know that the bar on the smith is 0 weight or maybe 5 pounds, but still i was able to put 2, 45 pounds and 2, 10 pounds so thats about 110 pounds, at least for me its an improvement.

I then moved on to the seated db press, i felt strong so i decided to test myself even more, started with 60 pounds db and manage to pull out 8 good reps, then i went with 50 pounds another 8 good reps, and then i decided to drop the weight and go with 40 pounds and i did 12 reps.

I moved on to the reverse peck deck, started with 90 pounds and pulled off 8 reps, that was fairly easy? i then put 105 pound and again pulled out 8 reps?, i did another set with 105 pounds, this exercise is great for the neck and posture has well.

I moved on the side lateral standing machine where i was able to do 8 reps with 70 pounds, usually on that machine i put 30 pounds and struggle like hell.

After this i did biceps, started with a 60 pound barbell and did 8 good reps, then 70 again 8 good reps then i decided to go down so i took a 45 pound barbell and did 12 reps.

Moved to the smith machine and there my biceps where already cooked, i did 3 sets with 45 pounds 8-8 and 12.

Now i dont know if the strenght comes from bench pressing, cause i started to bench press again, and chin up machine and dip.

Theses power move give a lot of strenght.

Today the pain is there but a lot less worst then before.

I really hope that this time is the right time and that everything will finally be ok with that stinking back pain

Yes for sure Doc, i am testing myself.

I wont do moves that i know could re-injure me.

For legs i am still gonna stick to machines and leg press.
