    Elbow Pain: overuse?

I just developed a pretty annoying pain in my right elbow. It primarily comes out when doing curls of any kind, at any (or no) weight. The pain location is best described as more on the bottom of the forearm, but also the elbow part that connects them. Its kinda right near the point of the elbow, but a little more towards the bicep if the arm is flexed.

I am taking this entire week off from everything. I hope its enough. I just don't know if I should see a Dr. I usually never get hurt, so this is all new to me. I wouldn't pay much mind to the injury, but it actually hurts when i do a curling motion with no weight...that can't be good. The pain is a little sharp with weights, and more of an annoyance with no weight.

Any good supplements to take for it?

Just got back from the ortho, Tennis Elbow. He said there isn't much you can do about it except stop lifting, get a cortisone shot, or deal with it.

Guess I'm gonna deal with it...any tricks to help me out?

i was using this elastic thing i got at the clinic near me, like a rubberband. Like static streching. I have kesp off it till today and the pain is nearly gone. The motrin 1hr before workout has helped with inflamation also. one person said get a wrap to hold the tendon in place but its pretty good now.
