    Wink Acupuncutrem magnet therapy?

Got my first acupuncture treatment last night was very long.

Needles where place at different parts of my body to help with allergies, bloating, back pain of course.

She also had a laser stick she told me this was used for deeper healing of the muscle, and also some heat was placed on the needles.

The whole treatment lasted an hour and a half, afterward she put some magnets in one of my ear and told me that this was to continue the treatment, she also put some on my lower back.

Now today i feel very relaxed but i am not sure about this whole acupuncture thing and magnets, is this fiction or it really works?

There has been some talk about Magnet therapy and i'm open minded and work at a health food store.I wouldn't count on Magnet therapy.I'm big on RMT massage, nothing like deep tissue massage, and this works wonders.Best of luck!

I have been to deep tissue massage its great but pain comes back.

Been to an osteopath and it worked very well she told me to go try acupuncture for 3 sessions to see and if it doesnt work to go see her again.
