    Painfully stiff knees

As I recently started squatting heavier on a consistant basis, my knees are starting getting really stiff all the time. It is the worse when i work on my feet all weekend which is understandable.

It takes me 3 or 4 painful warmup sets to loosen up enough before i can start my squat workout every week. I was on SD which i blamed for the stiffness at the time but I am now off for almost 3 months and the pain has stayed around and gotton worse.

I was considering taking glucosomine each day and was wondering if there was anything else I could take/do differently to help this?

I am having the same problem recently too. I have to do extra warmup exercises now too. Even in the morning when I wake up all my joints are stiff from my ankles to my wrists. I have been taking HGH but doesnt seem to make a differene. Even tried Aflutop and that also didnt seem to do anything either.
