    one labrum down one to go

    just had surgery today. and again on the 20th. no pain yet, arm is still numb though,lol

    no choice. regardless of what any surgeon tells you, no labrum has EVER healed without surgery. PT can strengthen other muscles to compensate....if you're an accountant. for an athlete, surgery is the only way to go.

    i had get results with prolotherapy after my sugery...i wish i heard of it before i opted for surgery because i really think it would have worked

    therapy was nothin saturday. hardly had me do anything. i hope i get new excersises tom'w. these are gay. so far sleeping is the toughest thing,and bathing. shiitting aint to bad, but just go once a day so that its dryer and less messy,lol.sorry guys. TMI i know, but this iseful info for some
