Doc sorry, he does biophysics, in fact he gave me exercises to do in reference to this.
I need to roll a towel and put it behind my neck for 20 minutes.
Other various exercises has well.
He told me to stop doing exercises that work the upper back and neck cause there is some inflamation in one of my vertebrae and til its properly adjusted he wants me to put it a rest.
Has soon has i work the upper back a bit i have pain.

I have phase 2, he doesnt have any of theses equipments in is office but gave me exercises to do, and they really do what theses machines do has well, i have to do them on a swiss ball, also roll up a tower and put behind my neck for 20 minutes twice daily, roll my head back.
I am already seeing a difference, and this guy makes a lot of sense too compared to the other losers i have seen.

I told him about this but he says to continue to do the towel exercise twice for 20 minutes a day. I really like that exercise and my posture has changed a bit.

Doc the posture pump is 196$, you cant sleep on this all night at least not me, i dont sleep on my back, i use to towel for now and its fine, my posture is a lot better neck wise.
I just dont have the $$$ right now to order this either.
I will see him 3 times this week, next week they are closed, he said that i should be able to go and train again in mid February. I hope he is right.
Has i said i got plenty of good exercises to do, i need to walk a lot too and keep my head straight.

It sounds like he knows what he's talking about, but may be ill-equiped to handle your particular problem. I'd ask if he has relationships with peers or facilities that possess the devices Doc Sust listed.

Sorry guys but there is nothing around here about this, chiropratic here in Canada or at least where i live is more of a buisness marketing geared to make money$$$ and a life long commitment then curing the patient.
If i would have been cured 6 years ago when i first got my problem i would not have second degenerative disk disease in one of my disk in the neck.
I am mad and frustrated that so many assholes are practacing and suppost to cure us but dont, plus many of them dont know shit, i been given advise that made me a lot worst then i was.
This is my last chance this chiro i am seeing now, after that its the end, i have seen all and done all, you name it i did it.
I seen many things in the biophysics website that this chiro does, like the x rays comparision after a while and working on posture for pefect curves in the neck and back.
I also have a minor scoliosis but that he said he can help realign my back.
Set date for me to start training again is around Febuary, i seen him 3 times this week, i do see a difference in my posture but the pain is still there.
Minor nagging pain

what exactly is your problem. is it just too do with posture.
i used to be really fat, and as a result i have really bad posture.
if i lean back, my back clicks. but i dont have any pain.
i realised that putting the tube from an empty cling film roll, under my back, starting at the bottom and bringing it up felt really good, and seemed to help.
also while lying in bed, i would put a pillow under my back.
actually, just realised that sometimes i do get a real urge to lye on my back on a really hard surface. as it does hurt, or more annoy sometimes.
