    Im an idiot

I was working out today and decided to do some plyo jumps off stairs for my cardio today. I have hyper mobile joints so I suffer from sprained ankles pretty bad. I broke my leg almost 3 year ago playing basketball so I try to do exercise that focus on propioception. Well I thought about wearing an ankle brace on my leg I broke because I was more into this particular exercise i was doing for increasing jumping ability instead of stability. But I decided not to because I figured I would kill two birds with one stone. The only thing I killed was my ankle. I wasnt but two reps into the exercise and I sprained my ankle hardcore. My only saving grace is that I have pretty much stretch my tendons and ligiments so much that when i do hurt my ankles it usually isnt to bad, it just hurts like all hell for a couple of days then im back to normal. But right now I am really wishing I would have worn that ankle brace.

We all learn from our mistakes, i suffer from back pain and each time it got better i started out to fast re-injuring myself.

I am now training with 5 pounds dumbell and a big swiss ball and cardio, pertty cuit for a 220 pound guy.

Still i cant wait to get back to real weight training but this time i will know my limits.
