Hey Doc. What's goin on. If you could please do me a big favor and check out this thread I posted. I haven't talked to you in a while and need to update you on my injury/surgery situation. I really could use your advice on this:

i agree with what muscle science has said. you wont back to full for some time. i have no idea if they botched it , but if it feels better than it did after the most recent surgery than it used to feel, that is a good sign
