    pulled muscle in the back of my neck

    hi all,
    im into week four of my course 250 sustanon 2 times a week and 200 deca 2 times a week..ive been training 5 days a week,i have been pushing myself recently with the weights and i have managed to pull a muscle round the back of my neck..i did it yesterday,when i moved my head to the side it hurt bad but today the pains easing off abit..what do you guys think i should do..i dont really want to stop training and wait till it goes away..im gonna have today and tomorrow off the weights and see what happens..

    You should heal up pretty quick with being on the gear mate, if it's still bad though, just try and stick to lifts that minimise the discomfort. Try some ibuprofen as well

    ice, 20 minute every 2 hours, motrin 800mg 3 times a day, it will help, no heat!

    This happend to me ALL the time. Just happened yesterday as a matter of fact doin barbell seated presses. My father is a doc and says i strained the ligaments. Should be good in about a week. Take some ibuprofen/motrin like doc. sust said
