acne meds for acne scars..

ok ive been of for awhile, i took erythirocin when i was on pct to get rid of my acnce b/c i got it bad on pct, ok all the acne is gone but now i have these ****en red dots all over my back and shoulder. now i was reading up and i started using mederma, ive been on if for a week now, but i was woundering if i get so more erythirocin or accutane will this hel get rid of the scars??
