Its impossible to get perfect symmetry even for people who have never broken their arms so dont get too stressed about it, if the difference is noticable then be careful how you do the training because overtraining the smaller one could lead to it being smaller not bigger!!
yea its pretty noticible, mostly the tricep cause i couldnt get extension for a long time
