I'm having serious issues with loose skin and wondering if yall could enlighten me as to ways that this could be rectified.
I used to be seriously obese up until my junior year of highschool. I was 6'2 and 260 pounds. I developed anorexia, got down to 157 and grew to 6'4. I went through recovery, and am back to a healthier weight of 190 and I am 6'6.
I'm healthy now, but my skin, especially around my stomach and lower back, hangs. I know that this community rarely gets to a point where they have this problem, but I figured you guys might know of a way to increase skin elasticity or anything like that. It's been nearly 2 years at this weight and it hasn't changed much at all.
Do you guys know of anything besides surgery?
