Hey Guy,
remember how I was bitching about my diet sucking and hurting my leg. Well as it turns out I may have a fractured tibia.
Have any of you ever done a deca cycle after a broken bone? I have heard that deca is good for bone mineral density. Wasnt sure if anyone had experiance with the compound and treating bone injuries.

i know HGH would help you heal up quicker, but i am not sure about deca, i know the deca works well for ligaments and tendons, but i dont know about bones,

Didnt even think about that. I guess I will do some research on it.
Well its official I went to the doc today and I have a fractured fibula, out six to eight weeks.

Here is a little update on my leg that I fractured. This is the first week that I havent been on crutches which is the start of week 4 since I found out I was hurt. It feels a lot better now of course. Most days I dont even feel like I have an injury. Its frustrating because I think I can just get up and go for a run or have a kickass leg day. But I have another 2-4 weeks before its totally healed.
