whats good to reduce swelling
i jammed my hand up pretty bad punching someone then missing and hitting some plexy glass. went to get an xray and they said its not broken, fractured etc. its the same knuckle i have factured before so i was pretty concerened about it. the dr said to ice, elevatate and take ibprofin to reduce swelling. is there anything else i can do to reduce swelling asap, im on day 5 of phera plex/4ad and starting to really feel it. Im doing legs tomorrow then taking the weekend off and hoping to start back in the gym monday. I just want to get this swelling and pain down so i can be back to lifting heavy next week
