stupid looking stuble and hair removal tecniques

I'm unfortunately doomed with hair on my chest, a**omen, arms and legs, but the worse part is on the rear shoulders and traps.

I would opt for waxing, but my hair is dense and strong (from continuous shaving) and the pain from waxing (especially on the ab section) is literally unbearable.

So I chose to wax areas with little hair such as upper arms and the rest use a hair removal cream. The problem is that after 2-3 days of using these creams the stubble appears all over my chest, abs and shoulders and looks kind of ridiculous. Is there a more permanent cheap solution?

I also have moderate acne so when I waxed my upper arms, I got pimples with puss the next day, (aggravating the acne)and now a week later I still have red marks on my arms.

I've stopped shaving, cause all it creates is rash and pimples.

Are there any other solutions apart from laser?
Has anyone heard of photothermolysis? Is it any good? Basically i'm looking for a long lasting cost effective solution to soft skin. Any ideas?

Laser would probabl be your last choice, and actually the cheapest (in the long run, if it works).

From what I understand though, waxing gets easier and easier. The first 3-4 times it's a bitch but after that your hair comes back thinner and takes longer to grow back. You also will stop breaking out.

I wax my entire arms, legs, chest, stomach and back. It definitely does hurt but once you've done it for a little while it's not all that bad. For me there isn't really any other effective options until I can afford to start doing laser removal.
